the only thing i could possibly think of is that he cut in early or stepped out of his lane, either way clearly didnt affect the race. he ran smart and looked really relaxed, this is a shame it wouldve been very exciting to watch him run the final

i can imagine there will be some kind of protest as he clearly would have made it through despite (whatever violation they might have seen), i would be suprised if he was actually allowed back in though these world judges seem to be very tough
