I only want to make time for 25 miles a week in 3-4 runs.
I want to stay in shape mostly for 5ks and 10ks. Kind of weekend warrior type races.
My idea:
LR - 10 Miler Progression
Tempo - 6 miles
Track - 12x400, 5x1000, 6x800, hills, fartlek.
Easy - 30 minute Run.
Just keep it simple.
Anyone had any success with a low mileage program.
