Could you guys recommend me some good 1500m workouts please
It so much depends on whether it is supposed to be specific or used as some kind of base training. Everything from a hilly 20 mile run, 10 x 1000m at 10 km pace and 10 x 400m at 1500m pace will work. If you haven't done the fundamental stuff it really doesn't matter at all!
i have a good base, im just looking at workouts both over and under distance
