What is the most number of 100+ miles per week that you have done consecutively?
I've done 2 in a row... but have averaged 100 for nearly 8 weeks. 105, 95, 105, 101, 99, 100, 94, 100.
100 is just a number. I have lots of 101s and 98s. I am not compulsive enough to go another 14 minutes on an easy day, or extend my wu and cd for no reason just so I can hit 100 rather then 98 or something.
No offense, but your question is sort of amateurish and reveals that you don't know how to train. You're more concerned about the number then the process and each day's purpose.
Generally, every easy day I try and run 10 and 5. Some days its 9 and 5 or 8 and 7 or 7 and 4. Some days I'm just tired and don't force it. Some days I plan on 22 but run 18. There is no "making up" mileage in our sport. The people who do that get hurt, under-perform on workouts, and races.
BUT they can often tell you that they have lots of consecutive weeks over 100.

I have done about 350 weeks in a row of 100+ miles. Since I live 25 miles from work, it is pretty easy to get in that kind of mileage.
I feel you may have overanalyzed the question, my friend.

Your response, however, clearly shows that you are a professional who really "gets it".
What is the difference in physiological stimulus between a 2.5 hr run on flat concrete that covers 22 miles and a 2.5 hr run on hilly trails that covers 18 miles? Why is one considered 22% better than the other?
Miles per week is a foolish metric to use for evaluating runners. It's like max reps of 225# bench to evaluate football QBs. A certain level is necessary, but if you make that number the focus of your regimen, you're barking up the wrong tree.
Do your core workouts. Get as much additional time on your feet as you can fit into your schedule and still stay healthy and be rested for your workouts.
Done 2 consecutive weeks of 100+ twice. Recently I did 501 in 5 weeks with the first, fourth and fifth weeks over 100.
