Hey, I'm a bit bull legged, am a heel striker and I pronate (roll in... I think that is pronating). I do none of these horribly so, but each is certainly noticable. Will these attributes hurt me a ton? Is any one worse than any other? Are there ways to "fix" any of these problems if they are problems? I have decent range, 51 second 400 speed to 15:00 5k and I am just going to start training hard for the first time in my life. Are my legs going to hold me back? Geb talks about foot strike and form to maximize speed in the latest TnF News... what do I need to do so that these issues don't hinder my performances... or will they not anyway?
