Not sure if anyone else saw it this morning on ESPN, but there is a 6'8" freshman at Baylor that is pretty dominant in women's basketball. She totally sounded like a dude, and wasn't exactly pretty. Another case of confused gender?

I don't think "confused gender" is a particularly accurate term, but it is certainly possible that she is intersex.
I will agree she certainly sounded totally male. She looks male, she is the size of a male. How many women are that tall or have feet that big? Somewhere along the line the genes got jumbled.
Isnt she the person who dunked 2 or 3 times in a game, something that has never happened in a "woman's" game before?
Yeah, thats a dude.
WOW...I can't believe this thread today!. I was thinking the same thing. In fact, Brittney Griner has a startling resemblance to the character in the Crying Game. I posted a link below (you have to scroll down) And a link to a picture of Griner.

Griner
Yes on all of the dunks. Also blocked 25 shots in a single game in HS.
I don't know, she might be an anomaly, but she just doesn't quite have the muscular stature that male basketball players have. Her arms are too lean:

You just tried to make an argument using a single basketball player as an example. Great job.
Maybe she hasn't hit the weights. Skinny male runners have puny lean arms as well.
I agree, she is probably intersex. Wonder what the NCAA will do?
male

But basketball players are supposed to lift and be pretty muscular. Comparing her to 6' 120lb twigs that RUN is stupid.
She's taller than Michael Jordan. Maybe even a better dunker than him. Ridiculously long arms.
Punched a player...just like a normal female hoops player. Thug!

that is a dude if ever there was a dude playing women's bball! look at the adams apple. listen to the voice. easily as deep as caster semenya's. look at the behavior, chest bumping, staring down opponents, hovering over them. listen to the way (S)he growls while hanging on the rim in that video. that is not a woman's voice. no way. no how. there's a pair of nuts up in them guts.
Marion Jones just dropped another place on the WNBA draft!!~
This is awful!!! Don't they do gender testing in the NCAA?

Holy Balls... If you showed that video to 1000 people with no background or anything, every single one of them would say that is a teenage male with a little bit of a lisp.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
