You don't have to get it. SWPL is just a desperate attempt by a comedy writer to make his "thing." He just compiles a bunch of superficially authentic-sounding cultural observations, throws them all behind the attention-getting obtuseness of the blog's title, then hopes enough people will go "OH MY GOD IT'S SOOO TRUE LOL!!!" that he can be called a comedic genius. So far, it's worked.

The ONLY person I have heard hate on Ed Hardy wearers is a Hispanic morning show DJ on my local hip-hop station. He announced that EH was coming out with a line of fragrances and said "Great. Now even the air can be a douchebag."

Reading through the entire list, just the titles of the entries, I think his site would be more properly named "stuff liberals like." Some of those things are universally white, but most of them are just things that liberals like.
