Uh why would you start at the lettuce? Everybody uses chilled rice as the base for a salad so why not start there. And why counterclockwise? I do Oxford laps around my salad bar to even out the CCW laps on the track.

was there today (in chicago...canal and roosvelt)!...$7.99 a lb! Not 10.99.....sometimes it's $6.99.
