No payment involved, will do any training as long as it is not stupid, rediculous or requires something that is unavailable to me (like a track for the next few weeks).
Must be flexible with training schedules, allow me to make a fair amount of input/changes to the training schedule.
Right now my training is more of an 800/1500 approach with a lot of influence from Gags strength type work-hill repeats, 800 repeats with short rest in 2:20 or so, tempos @5:20 pace etc. About 50-60 miles a week total with a high amount of quality.
Looking to run 1:50ish or so in April/May. Have not raced in a long time, but am only 20. I have good speed, and decent endurance and am looking for someone to help me bring it all together on one day. I can email more info if anyone is interested in giving it a shot.
