they already have that, although they use coded words (american only).
if that is not the case, then why did they not have all these american only prize money races when foreigners like jerome drayton, rod dixon, geoff smith, john treacy were doing well in road races? and now that the foreigners doing well in races have black skin we have all these american only races.
do we really need a
15k AND 10 mile championship?
20k AND half marathon championship?
sure the few (but some top american distance runners are black, meb, lagat, abdi etc.) all these american only races came about by people wanting to make our runners win some races, so rather than figure out how to train to run times that will beat the current standards, someone came up with the idea why not just exclude the competition from being able to participate in the races.
and to exclude people just because they work hard and get results is discrimination.
