A.M.E.R.I.C.A. - the acronym. What does it stand for?

Meritocracy; A system in which advancement is based on ability or achievement.

As a country we are far from perfect in this regard. Yet people from across the World flock to the shores of the US in hope of attaining their dreams.

America still offers a platform for those who seek to become an entrepreneur.

ECLECTICISM- We are all different. We are a country made up of immigrants. Diversity should be our country's middle name. The good part about this is we are always introduced to people of another culture. This is good. The bad part is diversity typically leads to crime, poverty, and abandonment. We also have all different views on certain aspects of life. For example, some believe abortion should be legal. Others, however, detest such a practice. This is what makes our country wonderful, but really suck too.

This is not meant as a joke toward the mentally handicapped, it's just a simple fact that this country is dumb and getting dumber. Watching the average man (or woman) on the street both embarrasses me and makes me worry for the future of our country. How do we produce so many morons?
