There are two levels to interpret it.
The first way is to say that a "backdoor man" is a man who furtively comes to a woman's house and has sex with her without anyone knowing except him and her. In addition to the sex, the woman prepares meals for the man.
The second way is to say that a "backdoor man" engages in anal sex with a women and "eating chicken" refers to oral sex.
I think the first interpretation is the correct one, with the second interpretation just the workings of a dirty mind.
