So I just ran 27:18 for 5 miles about 1 week ago, by myself.
Only running about 2 days a week up to that, plus lots of other stuff. I am in shape, just don't run much.
I am running a cross country race 9 days from now, on the 10th of October.
I have been running everyday, but that will only put me at about 12 days of consistent running before this race.
I did a 4 mile tempo the other day in 5:48, 5:38, 5:25, 5:13.
But it really messed up my feet, running 4 on the track, because I have stress fractures in both feet.
Swelled up and couldn't walk.
Don't comment on this, I know. Based on my situation, which won't be discussed, I can't do anything about it.
What do you think I will run?
