I'm planning on buying a new pair of spikes for the upcoming track season. I run the mile and 2 and stay mostly on my toes in both events. I've done some research and it seems that the milers or kennedys would be the most ideal spike. I concentrate more on the mile than the 2 however I've heard from some sources that after running a 2 mile in the zoom milers that it is, well hard to walk the next day. So right now im leaning towards the kennedys. But if anybody thinks that the miler is truly the better spike for the job then I'm fine spending the next day on the couch. If it helps, I'm about 5'6, 110 lbs and my shoe size is 11. I also read that your not supposed to use the miler on a dirt track. I have a few races on dirt... should I take that into consideration. Thanks a lot.
