That is an IAAF sponsored championship. The guy also didn't list Cragg and the handful of people who have beaten Bekele in the 1500. There is also Soi for sure and maybe a few others in the regular races.

What I really wanted to create was a list of anyone who's beaten Bekele at any distance but it's too much pain to find that info. I was loosely defining "world stage" as olympics, world championships, Grand Prix, or World Cup races because those are the most prominent races and results are readily available. If you know of other people that have beaten Bekele please add them to the list.

Just click the date for the results of any of the races with something other than a '1' after it.

Alistar Cragg beat him few years ago also, I think it was a 3k in new york indoors

Saw Lagat beat him on the boards at Millrose about 2-3 years ago. Not on world stage nor at his distance, but still a pretty big event.
