I was wondering if my fellow posters can give me some advice on a question I have.
I currently, training for the MCM marathon with a goal of hoping to Qualify for Boston. Although do to some type of injury I haven't been able to run in two weeks after this weekend. I have been biking though hard for about an 1 hour a day to keep up my fitness. I going try and run again on Monday and have a PT appointment on Wednesday,
If I'm able to run again, I was wondering if it would be better to keep training through MCM and attempt my BQ try at Philly Marathon and use MCM as a training run. If I do use MCM as a training run what would be a good pace to run the marathon as not to wear myself out and be ready for Philly Marathon.
I all ready have done two 16 and an 18 miler and was up to 55 before getting hurt.
Also, if I do Philly as my BQ attempt what would be a good long run patter to follow
