A lot of times I hear people on these boards saying they don't have the genetic predisposition to run high mileage. What other factors influence mileage? Which factor has the greatest influence?
Suggestions:
1) Lack of lifetime miles-they need to progress to that level
2) Fear-they don't believe they can do it
3) Lack of experience-they may not be able to read their own body
4) Lack of training knowledge
5) Receiving poor advice-bad coaching, listening to shoe advertisement, reading Galloway, etc
