I occasionally have a green stool after my run. Certain foods that could trigger this could possibly be salads(once/day) and some fruit(nothing green though). I take a multivitamin every morning.
I have also been dealing with diarrhea on my runs, though this could be mostly due to dehydration.
I'm hoping to go see a doctor tomorrow to make sure I don't have an infection or a vit. deficieny.
Any home remedies or stories?
