Found out today that my 5 mile loop is actually 4.5 miles.
So two laps is 1 mile short, 3 laps 1.5 short, etc.
Question -- should I go back and redo all my logs and mileage totals to reflect this?

Unless you did 20 laps at a time it doesn't really make a difference. Just put *'s by you logs.
It depends on what you're using your log for.
If you thought you were running at a higher training pace just make a rough adjustment to get a new training pace time, and distances.
If you're really serious, and need the log to be accurate for some reason, then revise your log entirely.
I've learned not to sweat the accuracy of my running log. I care more about accuracy for specific hard paced runs, and if distance is +/- 10 miles per week it makes no difference to me.

Don't worry...that's common to 99% of letsrun.com. Just keep on bragging about how fast your training, ask us to predict some race times based on your workouts, go out too hard at your target race and blow up, and then cry about how much better you are at training than racing.
