Hey guys -- my heartrates are pretty high
(Resting = 56)
(Walking = 110-120)
(Running SLOW = 150-160)
(Running Normally = 185)
(Running Hard = 190+)
According to Jack Daniels I should be running a lot slower on my normal runs. When I was younger I was diagnosed with a heart murmur - could this explain the crazy readings? I'm pretty fit: 1:58, 4:21, 9:20 PRs.
Do I listen to JD and slow it way down? It feels almost painful going that slowly.. I'm fine running at 185/190 I was just wondering if I'd benefit from some slower/less stressful work. Thanks
