I have four weeks until I'm running a local one mile track race. I've just recently recovered from an early May marathon and have done some 10K specific training for a 10K that I'm running this weekend.
I know I'm not going to have a huge PR at the mile or anything with only a few weeks of specific training but what are some workouts that I can include to help me have a respectable race?
I would like to do one shorter and faster interval session each week and maybe one longer one or tempo run along with a long run of 12-14 miles each Sunday.
