I have been training for the mile/3k on our indoor track and lately I have been having some pain in my medial cuneiform/middle cuneiform. Would this be from the tight turns on the track or might I actually have a stress fracture???

What type of shoes are you using? Usually when I started doing indoor training I switched to lighter and softer shoes with less support/cushioning or spikes. This caused my feet to become sore for a few days due to the extra motion the shoes allowed. If you are doing a lot of indoor training then you are probably doing more speed work causing you to run more towards the front of your foot and putting more pressure on that area. Talk to the athletic trainers, just make sure that you see one who knows runners and not just football players. Good Luck.
I would get some massage and then stim and ice......no stress fracture I'm sure!!
