Does anyone have any literature I can read on this system?
Stuff like
Goal 40's
Race pace/date pace
Oregon Drill
And how they all fit into one system?
Thanks and anything would be appreciated.

Go to your local library and ask about interlibrary loan. The book you are looking for is "The Bowerman System" by Chris Walsh, Los Altos, Calif. : Tafnews Press, 1983.
ISBN-10: 0911521070
Young Coach,
If you have not done so the search at this web site look for contributions from such people as Kvalheim who run under Bowerman.
If you can't find Walsh's book, look for a book by Bill Dellinger if no success there, the 3rd edition of Bill Bowerman's High performance for track and field is available for purchase through Track and Field News. The previous edition had chapters and schedules which may help guide you.
