I ran across a thread on El G's training a few years ago, and found it to be very interesting. It appears that he trained in a way that most people would not expect. I was hoping Renato or Tinman (or the other contributors who often give good insights) could give some insight as to why this method has worked so well. I see that he does observe rest days, and certainly is quality over quantity, but I hopefully someone can flesh it out a bit.
