Could district 1 of Pennsylvania be one of the best districts in the country for needing 7:45 to 8th at state meet.
The NFHS record is for an all HS race that's sanctioned by the NFHS. So events such as Nike outdoor, Junior Nats, Penn Relays aren't included in that equation because they're not part of the regular season. Those records are typically from state championships.
