As a personal preference and liking, I go by minutes instead of miles, but I still know exactly how many miles I'm running in those minutes. Next week my running will be set up like this...
Monday- 70 minutes
Tuesday- 76 minutes (Fartlek)
Wednesday- 81 minutes
Thursday- 86 minutes
Friday- 90 minutes (Tempo in the middle)
Saturday- 81 minutes
Sunday- 120 minutes (Long Run)
Those minutes get me i believe into the mid 80's.
So here's my question to you, if the minutes are very slowly increasing each day of the new week (very slowly as in 2 minutes each new weeks day), should I now double up mon-fri, or keep doing singles?
