My top nominee is Florida, with Massachusetts as a close second.

Georgia is the worst. NASCAR all the time.
Florida is definitely all around bad, but Pennsylvania excels at a particular bad practice. You'll never find more oblivious tards camped out in the passing lane than on a multi-lane in Pennsyltucky. That one on the left? It's called a goddamned passing lane for a reason, as in go f***in faster than the cars to your right.
Utah ftw

Definitely Utah. Mormon rebellion gone mad.
American Samoa, it's like a bumper car ride at the amusement park.
I may be wrong, but the highest per capita state for accidents would be Rhode Island.
People in Illinois do not use their turn signals. Morons, all of them.

Well, those are two of my top three but Florida is semi discounted in that all the friggin drivers here are from other states. Nearly everyone here is from somewhere else.. My number one is Massachusetts. They don't call them Massholes for nothing. Second? Holy f*** Pennsylvania. Jesus Christ people....it's not a go cart.
I'll throw my vote in for Utah.
I vote for Florida as well. Especially the drivers in O'town and Da Sota (Sarasota).
You ain't seen nothing til you see what driving is like in Kenya. No kidding. Unbelievable.
no one has mentioned Jersey yet??? Jersey is by far the worst I've ever seen
another vote for utah... i have driven in 44 states and i live in utah... never more miserable than driving here at home.
Intoxicated....
NY. By far. Coming up north, they cut you off, weave in and out, and for what? Summer is almost here. Those A$$holes will all be coming up here every friggin weekend, clogging 95. They race up here to the Cape Friday night, stay Saturday, and drive all day back on Sunday. Make sense?
And they clog the interstate each time, and let us that live here stay home beacuse if we leave our house to go down the street, it takes 45 minutes. Thanks to those Yankee-loving, lean-over-while you drive, cut-you-off, idiots!
i laughed so hard when i kept seeing utah.
why?
because its true.
1 more vote for Utah

Massachusetts drivers are actually among the best in the nation. Out-of-staters consider them bad because the out-of-staters don't know how to drive and are not used to having such high quality drivers on the road with them. True story.
Jersey, FTW.

That's funny; I always think pretty much the same about NJ drivers, and many NYC drivers too. The local style is pretty aggressive and demanding, but people tend to make it work better than you could expect.
Guess I'd go with Florida. If we expand to the whole continent, I'd take DF = Distrito Federal = Mexico City. Driving there makes driving in New York feel like the 'burbs.
