It's already been established that this was the Liberty Twilight meet. However, another poster has pointed out that he was not officially entered in the meet so his time doesn't count for record-keeping purposes.
People are childish and jealous. McDougal is a great american runner.
Last time I looked McDougal won NCAA cross, ran 13:20.43 and 3:57.46, but then suffered a debilitating injure which has curtailed him for the last year. Rather than being part of a sickening circle of attempted humor, we should perhaps have sympathy for him and hope he gets back on the rails soon.
