Wow... I know it's been a while since he's been on the track scene but "Jeremy" Gatlin??? Seriously?
Pity Jerry or Jeremy or Jersey or Justine or Justin settled out of court. would love to see this stuff hammered out in public. He's as dirty as they come.
Those guys don't even check their own "comments." Somebody pointed out it was "Justin" hours ago, and they still haven't fixed it.
I would be pretty upset if I were Jeremy Gatlin and I was being accused of using steroids.
The entire article by David Ungrady is written to favor Gatlin. Back in them old days, when men were men and old washed up Maryland 800m runners didn't turn into agents of FactChange for Renaldo Nehemiah and his charge Justin Gatlin, we would see both sides presented in print media. Unfortunately Mr. Ungrady prefers to quote 2 anti USADA attorneys, as opposed to securing opinions that represent the position of each camp.
At the point of the USADA ruling on Gatlin's laughable defense to his doping charge, the use of the Americans with Disabilities Act was seen as Gatlin grasping at straws.
The attorneys obviously have not taken enough of his money yet to warrant him staying out of court.
