I am gona make a switch over to pose method running, and when i showed the idea to my dad, he asked me if i wanted to get the dvd. I wanted to come on here first to ask if any of you thought buying it was relly necessary. If you could reply back it'd be great. Thanks!

It is over-priced but, in another sense, the drills on it are priceless.
It is VERY "homemade" and much of it is self-promotional too (and repetetive), BUT it does have those drills.
If you want to understand it all better the book is the better option. If you just want to do it, get the DVD and do the drills.
well i was thinking the same thing, buyt my dad said it's always easier to watch something and do it than read it and do it. is this true in this case? or is it just as easy to do it after reading it as it is to watch it? also if the book is too long i might not read it all, and it seems like an hours worth of video would be quick and fast so i could be on my way.
In that case, watch the DVD and then get the book later.
