So I had a workout yesterday and I'm having trouble deciding if it went well or not.
On one hand, I felt absolutely amazing for 75% of it... I'm feeling like I'm in tremendous aerobic shape, and gonna be ready to roll in a few weeks. On the other hand, the last 25% of the workout was terrible, as I had to take one of the most potent craps of my entire life.
The workout was 2x (Mile, 1k, 600) @ interval/rep pace, with the mile/k's prescribed at 4:50-5:00 mile pace, and the 6's at 1:40-1:45.
Started out great, 4:53, 3:02, 1:45
Then went 4:55, 3:10, 1:58
Honestly, its tearing me up because I didnt feel aerobically or muscularly all that tired on the second set... I just really had to take a dump!
What do you make of this shit?
