5 miles x 5:30 with 1 minute rest.
What can I run a 5k in right now?

So, 20:03. You can probably run it faster if you don't stop.
16:00-16:15.
15:50
what about 2 x 3 miles at 16:00? w 10 mins rest
You can run a 5k in basketball shorts, a wife-beater, knee-high compression socks, retro Kangaroos, and a inside-out and reversed rally cap. Go for it, and unleash your power.
Well 5:30 pace = 18 min 5km
You don't get a rest in the race but you are doing 5x not 3x
Are you training alone or with group as that makes a difference on times?
I would say about 18.30
Get in a race, then another. You find your right pace in racing more than training. Good luck
5:30 pace is more like 17:05 not 18 minutes. 18 minute 5k would be about 5:48 pace, much slower.
16:15 - 16:20
You are right! Well was watching film at same time!
5:30 pace would give 17:00 approx
Still you are not to run faster with no rest in the race (depending on how hard you push in training) add 30 secs to give 17:30

well if you can run 5 miles in 5:30 you should be able to easily break 4 minutes if the friction between your shoes and the track is not too much and you overheat
what about 5x1600 at 4:55 with 3 minute rest?
OP: You should be able to run about 16:00, certainly a 16:20 and possibly a 15:50.
How's he going from 5.30 pace with a rest to 3 x 5:10 pace with no rest
I know he is doing 5 x 1 mile, but still I can't see his pace speeding up that much
16:20
With the 1:00 recover it looks like a session of threshold cruise intervals. Assuming the rest of your training adds up and you're not running these beyond your ability it should put you right around 16:00 or slightly under.
When is your 5km race & what are your pb's?
If you can do 16 for 5km you can do 27 for 5 miles. Not 27.30 with 5 mins rest!
That is unless you are not trying in training, in which case any prediction is going to be inacurate
If you're running 5:30 as your threshold pace, your interval pace is around 5:00 flat and your race pace is in between, but closer to your interval pace than your threshold pace. Let's say it would be around 5:10, because that's a pretty reasonable pace change. That would put you at 16:03 for 5km. Put it right in the middle at 5:15 if you want. That's still 16:18.
You don't run a 5km race at threshold pace. As I said, *if* it's a set of threshold cruise intervals, which is what it looks like (especially considering V02max intervals shouldn't really be longer than 5:00 and intervals tend to have more rest than that for 5:00 of interval) and you're not running them beyond your ability (meaning faster than you should be at your fitness level), *then* you should be down around 16:00.
