I am 52 years old and do not have high school or college running experience. I took up the sport about 6 years ago. My recent, certified race times are as follows:
2/28/09 - 55:58 15K
2/8/09 - 1:21:31 Half Marathon
1/17/09 - 36:17 10K
I have been averaging 65 miles/week with a peak of 75 over the past 6 months. My question is what should be my goal time for the upcoming Boston Marathon? Additionally, I would appreciate your pacing suggestions as to how best to get there. Thank you.
