My friend says he can get me a job there from 6pm to 10pm on weekdays. I can get enough sleep But, what about the smoke from cooking chicken and such? I need the money for insurance and stuff.

And will standing on my feet for 4 hours affect my training?
Working 4 hours a day will not make you too tired to train. And the smoke is probably all sucked up into the fans quickly so it shouldn't affect you.
Just don't start thinking the employee discount is a great idea every night of the week, 5 pounds of fat will definitely hurt your running.
Is this sarcastic? First thing is dont work at KFC and find a job that pays more and doesnt have horrible food. You will probably be compelled to start eating there and that will hurt you. And no, standing for 4 hours a day wont hurt you considering runners run on them for hours upon hours, unless of course you get overweight from eating chicken.
Standing on your feet will be fine. You'll go home tired.
I've been in the situation and so has German Fernadez. Just dont eat the chicken. That will f*** you up.
I don't like chicken anyways so that won't be a problem. And I don't need a high paying job, I just need something I can do with flexible hours for meets and road races.

You should be fine. My shifts were ten hours; I found it difficult to run following a shift, so made sure I got all the day's training done before. Your shifts would only be four hours, so this might be less important to you.
Mary Decker worked in a Jack-In-The-Box. Did it slow her down?
