Forcing a runner out on the last straight is a bitch move; doing it on the last turn is just stupid.
Coe was trying to push GF further outside. I am glad he got second. German ran his stupid butt down.
Michael coe is a little bitch, tries to push him out and still loses. This isn't nascar. He should have at least won if he was going to do that.
It didn't look that bad, but German did seem to be happy he got the win...

For a guy who doesn't have any basic speed (just ask German's old high school coach--ha ha) that was quite a kick in the last 200 or so.

i'd be making the same celebration too if some asshole took me out wide for no reason and i STILL beat him. theres no point in that, german would have run maybe a second faster or two if that didnt happen, and coe probably would have too

yo idiot, watch the race again, Coe was in lane 1 the entire way. flotrac dunce just said that because he was looking throuh his handycam and was assuming fernandez should be blowing by him, but he wasn't.
figure it out before you mouth off. he acted cocky because he thought he had an easy victory (despite gritting down the stretch) and then looked over to see coe right up his ass.

True. Coe has come on all of a sudden. You can bet that if a race occurs wherein Fernandez actually does try to take someone out wide the goofs here would call it keen tactics. They're dorks and they also seem to be brainwashed into falling over each other to show who can attack a white, any white, first. Dorks. PC weenies.
I see he didn't take him wide but even if he did why would it matter, it's called strategy on trying to hold someone off. Look at any Olympic 1500m finish or even some of the closer 5ks, those guys finish in lane 3
