WE have one of those here in Hawaii. At the END of marathons and road races she cartwheels over the finish line. That is sometimes is a problem because she does not just do a simple cartwheel, she does a double-reverse-grapevine-stepover cartwheel from about 40 yards out. Other runners who would have finished ahead of her are knocked unconsious sometimes. Once she knocked over the timing table and messed up timing for the whole event. I say if you are not going to cartwheel the whole race you should not be allowed to cartwheel at the finish. Right? (maybe I'm just jealous cos I can't cartwheel at all)
I warm up for races by going into a handstand and then doing handstand pushups. I'm serious.
