I have my running watch beside my desk and timed him myself from the other angle. I got 4.11 and I started a little late. Is it just me, or do these guys don't know how to work a stopwatch.

I would have to agree that that was in no way a 3.75. It's probably a low-4's; stopwatches fool Football scouts and even track coaches.
He was barefoot, in shorts, with no block. That's not a recipe for anything this supposedly insane.
That said, all the best to Dix.
The other angle (better for hand timing yourself).
4.1+
You dont start your watch when he comes up out of his stance and starts running. You neglect reaction time.
I believe I recall Stanley Floyd running 3.91 on a track with spikes and starting block. That is fastest time I am aware of. I believe he once held 50-yard or 50-meter world record.
Actually, there is no reaction time - the watch starts when the runner starts running. While this is not true in actual track events, the NFL and NCAA time their athletes like this.
"What his time was?!"
that's the real highlight.
