so maybe a lot of other college seniors are going through the same thing as me, so im making the mistake of asking letsrunners a question about life and lifestyle choices. i will be graduating from a small pa liberal arts college with a ba in History and Art History, I half realized about a year ago that i have no real intention of going working in a field that concerns the area.
I dont claim to be the top student but i pull over a 3.0 and have been very active in the college setting(athletics, clubs, volunteering). so basically over the past few months i have been trying to figure out jobs i can go into.
so far ive looking into police work, teaching, social work, nursing, emt stuff, and trying to bum around by finding odd jobs. i really just want a job that i wont hate in 10 years, can put up a decent salary to raise a family, and not make my sacrifice my lifestyle (running, hiking etc) by working all the time.
so i trust you letsrun, to provide ideas/opinion/personal testimony or any form of ideas on what i should think about reaching out for.
Thanks a lot people
