Seriously, train the guy to make layups. Nothing else, just make layups...then train rest of team to grab rebounds and throw to streaking Usain Bolt downcourt and lay ball in basket....Nothing complicated. Boston would be undefeated.

They're pretty much undefeated now... not to mention that Bolt usually isn't the best out of the blocks so he probably wouldn't be that much better on a 94 ft court.
A good sprinter doesn't necessarily translate into a good football/basketball player. See Gatlin.
