Teg will run the 10k. For those of you that don't understand how to properly train, you generally stay at a shorter distance until you can maximize your potential at said event. At the time that you andor your coach believe it's a good time to jump to the next event you do. You then drop down and race at a shorter event to make your 10k or 5k better. There is plenty of time for him to jump to the 10k so get off his back.
What would be great for letsrun is if people had their pr's attached to their name so we could laugh some of these jokers off the board.
