Anyone have any experience with ZMA? It's a supplement of a blend of Zinc, Magnesium and vitamin B6. From what I know it helps the recovery process. Another effect I heard is that it helps promote deep and more rested sleep.
I'm not really into supplements but I'm an evening runner and find that because of my high metabolism throughout the night, I only get about 5-6 hours of sleep at night (with the last 1-2 hours being semi-asleep). If I'm not too tired from my last run, I usually have enough energy in the morning to hop out of bed for a quick run.
