WHAT????? The constant mail is bad enough. I just ordered through them once because they had a pair of shoes I couldn't find elsewhere. WHAT IS THIS? I'M ABOUT TO SEND THEM A MEEEEEEEEEEEAN EMAIL

I bought a pair of shoes from them once because the store I normally buy from was out. Now I seem to get a catalog from them every week that's exactly the same as the previous catalog.
At least you didn't recieve a phone call. WTF? I have no idea why I gave them a real # to begin with, but who do they think they are?
There's no way this is effective advertising. There's going to be more people pissed like me than those who check out their promotion
I got a few autoamted calls from them earlier this year. One had a real person at the other end, and I told them I won't buy their shoes for a year, and hung up. I looked online, and found my shoes for MUCH cheaper at Kelley's Running Warehouse, and bought 4 pairs for 150! What a bargain. Now I won't buy from RRS EVER!
Thank you RRS for pushing me to find a better deal!!!!
RRS owns Kelley's - Good try!
RRS is like the Walmart of running stores. It's filled with unintelligent zombies who have no clue what they're doing, nor could they care less about your business.

Not true. Walmart has generally "okay" prices and occasionally great prices. RRS never has either. Either give your $$$ to runningwarehouse.com or, better yet, go to a local running shop. Leave RRS to the flock of penguins.
Rudy Gay from the Memphis Grizzlies called me on the phone the other day and left a message. He invited me to come out and watch him play. Tickets were a pretty good price too. I would have went if I didn't live 600 miles away!!!

Talk about a sucker! You probably should have checked and found out that Kelly's was actually the bargain store for Road Runner, HILARIOUS! Try RunningWarehouse.com they are actually nice people who have better prices, no shipping charges and you don't have to join a stupid club.

I don't consider myself a sucker for paying 150 for 4 pairs of shoes (and 5$ shipping), when they were for sale at RRS for roughly double that. As you said, it's the bargain arm of RRS. I will check out runningwarehouse, though. Thanks.
So with all of the problems of the world today, you take the time to complain that a company calls you to tell you about a sale? Nice!
You said it yourself, you gave them the number, so they did what any company is going to do, and contact you.
I'm sure you've gotten fliers and emails from otehr companies that you have shopped with. In the greater scheme of things, your complaint is really not that big of a deal.
They are trying to run a business after all.
