What do you do when you have a runner that is 2-3 minutes farther than the #2?
A certain athlete on the team is hoping to run at Footlocker and their season will continue on whereas all of their teammates seasons are done.
Usually the #2 girl will come out and run the easy runs with the teammate (they are 2-3 min apart for a 3 mile/5k course) or ride a bike next to the athlete for a tempo or pace them for the latter half.
The problem is getting more people to come out.. it would be great if there were 3 people, and each person could pace for a certain part of the workout.
Also, what are some things to do in season? Or during a time period where the #1 girl or #1 boy don't have anyone to run with (let's say the #1 girl might not be fast enough to run with the varsity boys.. and everyone else's seasons are over).
