I was at that meet and saw a ton of geeky awkward male runners prancing around. If any of them had that many cameras taking their photos, we'd have a nice collection of some of the geekiest, most awkward and insecure looking young males outside of a figure skating competition.
Yet these tough guys snap photos of Rupp, post them, and other geeks post degrading comments about them.
You guys have re-defined lame.
So quick survey:-
A. Would you rather look and act non geeky, but be nowhere near the top of the world running wise?
or
B. Look and act geeky, but be one of the best runners on the planet?
Galen should just shave his head or wear a mohawk or something. He's a badass runner so he needs to stop looking like this because reguardless of this galen bashing getting old, no one can deny how dorky he looks.
He should die his hair Oregon Green and Yellow and go w/ a mohawk.

Exactly, and I would also add that Galen doesn't look too geeky when he's demolishing a field of very good runners. He looks pretty damn tough.

Rupp has to be the least photogenic of ANY top billed athlete, ever. Particularly for the Nike promotional product that he is. What a creepy looking geek.
