I have talked about this here before but I notice that a lot of your PRs come from splits in longer races. My 10K PR is from a the first 10K of a 15K race. I think that it was the race of my life then again I don't think that I ever raced up to my potential in a 10K.
400m Practice 53.7 (en route to a 1:08.0 500)
400m Race - 52.9 (Anchor Relay Split
600m Practice 1:27 (in a 2x600 workout)
600m Race 1:25 (en route to an 800)
800m Practice 2:03 (1200-800-400 Workout)
800m Race 1:58 (Same race as that 600...calculate the last 200..)
1200m Practice 3:15 (1200-800-400)
1200m Race 3:16 (en route to 1500)
1500m Practice 4:37 (3xmile workout)
1500m Race 4:04
5000m practice 17:35
5000m race 16:30
I'm not too sure what this shows, other than the fact that I wish I had a race the day I did that 1200-800-400 workout.
