get up around 7:15, pee, eat a banana, brush my teeth, get changed, out running by 7:30, back by 8:10, stretch, quick shower, breakfast
Class at 11:45 AM, so I don't have to get up early; 7:45 AM-8:00 AM usually.
Pound a glass of water and two slices of wheat bread, just because I'm usually hungry when I wake up. Even if it's useless for energy because it will take a while to digest it, it helps psychologically.
Drive to nearby XC course while sipping some more agua, and finish up the bottle on the run.
Up at 4:55, let the dog out, cup of coffee, then usually on the road by 5:15 & back by 6:00-7:00 depending on the type of run.
Stretch, shower, breakast & out the door again by 7:45 on my way to work...
This what I did over the summer, my job started at 8:30
5:30: wake up
go pee
eat a banana and drink a little bit of water
walk around the house for about 5 min before going outside
then a few gentle leg swings front and side
then about 20meters of gentle high knees and butt kicks in the front yard
~5:50: start running
~6:40: finish running
drills and strides
go inside and shower
~7:00: eat breakfast/surf the net/whatever
~8:00: left for work
4:50 - wake up
4:55 - start running
5:35 - stop running
5:40 - shower
5:45 - dress, make coffee, grab breakfast for the road
6:00 off to work
4:50 am: wake up
5:30ish am: start run
7:00ish am: finish run
7:35 am: off to work
8:15 am: eating breakfast in office
12:30pm wake up.
1:30 get up
2:00 eat, coffee, walk dog
2:30 stumble out the door
2:35 get up from stumbling
2:36 start running
330-436 get back and pass out on couch
5 wake up, eat
530: take the dog to the park
7:00 eat, watch tv, surf net
8:00 run again
9:00get back, snack, start homework
9:05 fall asleep on couch
12:00am wake up let dog out, let dog in, stumble into bed and fall asleep
Couple things: I never take a shower and sometimes a little thing called school gets in the way but this is what my schedule looks like most days. Its been treating me pretty good and this is the true key to running well.

You may run well but I'm sure your parents wouldn't be pleased to know you have a 1.32 GPA. Get used to saying "Hello, sir, may I take your order?" Condolences, Lebowski, the bums lost!
