Anybody see the pics on mensracing, those dudes from arizona were wearing pantyhose, now i know that it was freezing and alot of guys were subject to wear tights(bikers or full-length) even Ritz himself. But to go as far as to put women's pantyhose on, that is simply the gayest thing i have ever seen in my lifetime, i mean suck it up queers.

At the Central Collegiate XC meet at Michigan State in the early 70s, Craig Virgin was the first runner we ever saw wearing women's panty hose. He placed third behind Gordon Minty and Pat Mandera.

I agree. I had a roommate who had a pair of silk tights about ten years ago. They were a blackish color and somewhat resembled pantyhose.
They looked like they were paper thin (and they were probably very light, too) and warm as hell from what he told me (he usually wore them underneath something else, though).

C'mon you young whippernsnappers. Go old school. Ditch the wussy lycra and break out the hose. All these new training methods, clothing, shoes with air, nose bandaids, and the Kenyans are kicking our asses. In the days of panty hose, we dominated - Shorter, Rodgers, Al Sal. I'll even through in Billy Mills. And don't tell me there weren't any Kenyans running - Rono was, and he is still the best Kenyan runner ever. But we could compete. And we wore hose. And we liked it.

You're a bunch of homophobes if you can't see the advantages of guys wearing nylons. In the winter, I wear them to keep warm underneath my clothes. They snag less if I shave my legs. I also wear a woman's thong, just because I don't need all that extra fabric in men's underwear. And just a light camisole with simple embroidery, it's more comfortable than an undershirt. And I wear Secret deodorant because it's the most effective. A little blush so I don't look so washed out. I don't know why you narrow-minded punks think it's such a big deal.
