    CONGRATULATIONS TO Kayoko Fukushi, 2nd Place at the Hectel Meet Women's 5km yesterday.

    National Record and under 15!!! First Japanese woman under 15 minutes! Way to go! Gambatte Kayoko-san!

    14:28 that is. The clean WR belongs to Gete Wami (14:30), but I won't be surprised if Paula Radcliffe takes it out in Commonwealth Games.
