I run for a mediocore d3 school, I am one of those D3 guys who just can't seem to break 30. I recently ran right around 30 flat and came painfully close
...here is my training for hte last 4 weeks, before this I was running a solid 45-50 miles a week for base training over the summer with 3 weeks at 30 in July (met a girl, whoops haha).
I have 4 weeks left in the season so really 2 weeks left of hard training...i think an excessive raise in mileage is out of the question at this point, should I just keep doing what I'm doing and hope for the best? I don't have times for all my intervals because sometimes I just forgot.
