I am coming off of a 4 week layoff from injury and my first three weeks back will be fairly easy mileage with 30-45 miles a week, and I have run in Nike Free 3.0's in the past for around 65-75 miles a week. How slow would you recommend building up my mileage in the H streets that i just bought, a few runs a week?
How slow/fast did you transition to H streets and how long did it take you before you did the majority of your miles in them?
